Marco Lutz
Born in 1972 in Winterthur / Switzerland. After formal education Lutz toured the world as professional freestyle snowboarder between 1990 and 1998. Co-owner and founder of SigSagSug and John Doe Ltd. in 1995, one of the largest skate- & snowboard store / general importer in Switzerland. From 1998 Lutz produces and directs cult skate- and snowboarding films sold and awarded worldwide (including Japan, the US and Europe). Since 2004 director of commercials, corporate films and music videos. Feature film directing work includes 2nd unit on "Save Angel Hope" (CH/UK/L, 2007), starring Billy Boyd and Bernard Hill (both in "Lord of the Rings"-Trilogy, New Line Cinema).
